yeah it was a spotty album, but even the not-so-great songs are great for nostalgia. Also, I think every track is on-point lyrically - as most of the lyrics came from his two books at the time, &quot;She&quot; and &quot;The Seventh Octave&quot;.  Honestly, I think his beats are what really drag almost all his material down. Most of the time, I&#039;d rather just hear his naked voice on record. Powerful, commanding voice.

Everything after that is &lt;em&gt;really&lt;/em&gt; hit-and-miss, mostly miss.
