This installment of Vintage Lens Day takes place at Memorial Park in Red Wing, MN. The lens is the MC-X version of the Minolta MD 24mm 2.8 mounted to a Nikon Z6.

Overall impressions

For the price (under $300 at the time of posting), the Minolta MD 24mm 2.8 is well worth picking up if you’re into vintage manual focus lenses. I purchased it because I wanted a wide prime lens but did not want to spend $1k for the Nikon Z 24mm 1.8 or 20mm 1.8.
